Job summary

Riverty in Amsterdam, with options for Berlin or Heerenveen, is hiring a Senior UX Designer, Consumer. You will create human-centric financial services and work with an international team across Europe in a regionally distributed hybrid setup.

You will lead UX design from discovery through delivery, collaborating with product, tech, and writers to ensure meaningful, accessible user experiences across consumer channels.

Qualifications

• Proficient in conducting user research, identifying user needs, and translating them into intuitive design solutions.
• Experienced in leading end-to-end product design processes from concept to final implementation, aligned with goals and constraints.
• Skilled at creating wireframes and high-fidelity designs, and prototyping for testing and iteration.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to drive innovation and UX excellence.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze information to motivate design decisions and directions.
• Produce artefacts through research and insights; guide end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Validate design effectiveness by measuring objectives and outcomes.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve user experience.
• Contribute to and leverage the design system with high-fidelity designs and UI components.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams and improve alignment with business initiatives.
• Advocate for customers and promote a human-centric design culture.
