• Proficient in conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
• Experience leading end-to-end design for complex products while aligning with business goals.
• Strong ability to create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Excellent collaboration with product, engineering and stakeholders to ship features.
