Job summary

Robeco, a global asset manager based in the Netherlands, seeks a Cyber Security Analyst to translate threat intelligence into actionable business insights.

Reporting to the CISO within the DPC&R team, you will analyze threats, coordinate with MSS, and communicate risk to senior stakeholders across Europe. The role emphasizes collaboration, threat hunting, and improving cyber resilience in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity, threat intelligence or information security analytics.
• Strong knowledge of cyber threats, attack vectors and security risks in regulated environments.
• Experience with scripting or query languages such as KQL, Python or PowerShell.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Analyse cyber threats and assess their potential impact on Robeco's business and operations.
• Strengthen and further develop Robeco's threat intelligence capabilities.
• Translate technical threats into clear business risks and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Prepare intelligence reports for senior management.
• Lead or support root‑cause analysis of major security incidents.
• Perform in‑depth analysis of attack methods, trends and threat actors.
• Monitor developments in cybersecurity, technology and the broader threat landscape.
• Manage and collaborate with MSS providers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and controls.
• Collaborate with external experts and security communities.
