Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands seeks a Senior Consultant Tax Compliance to join a team bridging tax compliance, tax accounting and pillar II for multinational clients. You will coach junior team members and contribute to process improvements while developing your technical and management capabilities.

You will participate in multidisciplinary projects with M&A, Risk Advisory and Audit Advisory, and you can work from Deloitte offices in Amsterdam or from home as part of a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degree completed in Tax Law, Tax Economics or Accountancy.
• Minimum 4 years relevant advisory/consultancy or in-house experience.
• Strong numerical skills and concise written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a tax provision and compliance portfolio with the manager for clients.
• Coach junior team members to grow in content, skills and management.
• Develop technical and management skills with your coach and managers.
• Contribute to our tax accounting, pillar II knowledge, templates and processes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary projects with M&A, Risk Advisory, Audit Advisory, etc.
• Be involved in the full tax process for multinational clients, including tax positions and returns.
• Work flexibly from Deloitte offices (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Zwolle) or from home.
