Job summary

NXP Semiconductors seeks a System Security Architecture Expert to lead end‑to‑end security analysis for products spanning the portfolio. You will translate certification requirements into robust designs and evaluate trade‑offs for secure architectures used in robotics, e‑mobility, and healthcare.

The role requires a strong embedded software background, excellent communication, and the ability to shape architectures that deliver real value across global customers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related field.
• Experience designing or developing secure embedded systems.
• Experience building products for robotics, e-mobility, home/building automation, or healthcare is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of embedded software design principles.
• Excellent communication skills to translate architectures to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end security analysis for NXP solutions, focusing on product-spanning features and interfaces.

Your Background & Expertise

• A Master's degree or a PhD, ideally in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Solid experience in designing or developing secure systems (embedded systems or complete solutions preferred)
• Experience with building products for robotics solutions, e‑mobility, home and building automation, or healthcare is a strong plus
• A solid understanding of embedded software design principles
• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex architectural ideas to stakeholders with different technical backgrounds
