Job summary

Unity Partners represents our partner in a leading high-tech audio and hearing solutions company seeking a Senior Simulation & Product Development Engineer. You will drive early-stage product development from concept to validated technology using simulation, modeling, and multiphysics across transducer systems.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Physics, Mechanical, Electronic, or Biomedical Engineering
• 5–7+ years of experience in an R&D or product development environment with a strong simulation/modeling component
• Hands-on experience with simulation tools (FEA, acoustic/multiphysics) applied to hardware development
• Experience with miniaturization, sensors, or complex physical systems
• Knowledge of acoustics or loudspeaker design and simulating acoustic behavior is a strong plus
• Clear communicator with ability to translate simulation results into insights

Responsibilities

• Build and run simulation models (FEA, acoustic, multiphysics) to evaluate concepts
• Lead feasibility studies, correlating simulations with prototypes and validation testing
• Develop test setups to validate simulation outcomes against measurements
• Analyze technologies, market developments and benchmarks through a modeling lens
• Direct or support external partners on simulation and modeling work
• Work in multidisciplinary teams to solve R&D challenges using simulation-driven design
