Job summary

Referral Board is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect - Security (SIEM) to design and implement next-generation security solutions for enterprise environments in the Netherlands. You will drive incident response improvements and be a thought leader in SIEM and analytics.

You will leverage your deep SIEM, AI, and SOC expertise to deliver POV projects, demonstrate value to customers, and collaborate across teams in a distributed work model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience crafting enterprise SIEM solutions.
• Extensive experience with SIEM platforms and vendor solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of AI and its impact on SIEM/Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SOC workflows, processes, and operational challenges.
• Knowledge of a wide range of security solutions and data use cases.
• Background in forensic analysis, troubleshooting and threat mitigation.
• Experience with Behavioral Analytics and Machine Learning techniques.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
• Fluency in Dutch is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Architect next-generation security solutions, leveraging Elastic AI to improve incident response.
• Harness Elastic Security to meet use case requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Deliver POV projects showcasing Elastic Security’s detection, AI, and Incident Response capabilities.
• Lead with a point of view and promote Elastic’s vision in SIEM and Analytics.
• Champion collaboration within Solutions Architecture and across departments.
