Job summary

Themis Recruit is seeking a qualified solicitor or FCILEx to manage serious injury claims in the Netherlands. You’ll support a portfolio of RTA and complex quantum cases, liaising with medical experts and solicitors to drive settlements and interim payments.

Active involvement in case management, drafting pleadings, and mentoring junior colleagues will be expected, with a strong emphasis on client care and timely, accurate work delivery.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or FCILEx with solid serious injury experience.
• Proven track record managing complex personal injury cases.
• Excellent client communication and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Know every case inside out and plan resolution strategies.
• Progress actions swiftly and drive cases with lead fee earner.
• Draft statements, pleadings and schedules of loss with care.
• Meet clients regularly, in person or by phone, and liaise with experts.
• Mentor junior team members and support department goals.
