GoodKarma Agency in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced SEA specialist to lead Google Ads growth for premium lifestyle brands. You will own strategy and execution across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube, and supervise a SEA team as part of a cross-functional marketing group.

This role combines analytical rigor with creative collaboration, reporting through AI-assisted dashboards and working hybrid from the office and home, with opportunities to shape a fast-growing ecommerce agency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing Google Ads / SEA campaigns.
• Hands-on with Shopping, Performance Max and feed management.
• Strong analytical instincts; comfortable with GA4 and A/B testing.
• Premium fashion and lifestyle brand sense and aesthetics.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple clients.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Dutch fluency a plus.
• EU citizen or existing work permit (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Own SEA growth strategy and media plan for clients, aiming at KPIs.
• Design, build and manage campaigns across Google channels.
• Lead the SEA service and supervise SEA specialists.
• Ensure account health: set up new Google Ads, enhanced conversions, product feeds.
• Run structured testing; form hypotheses and optimizations.
• Conduct keyword, CPC and location analysis and advise on opportunities.
• Brief clients and creative teams on ad copy and visuals.
• Report KPIs using AI-assisted workflows and attribution platforms.

We run one unified strategy across acquisition, platform and conversion, and retention, with specialists in every seat working from the same plan. Our clients range from international A-brands to fast-growing local names: Rituals, Stanley, Albelli, Daily Paper, Filling Pieces, AG1, Mercer, Anna+Nina and Love Stories.

The role

We're looking for an experienced SEA specialist to lead Google Ads growth for some of the best lifestyle brands in the Netherlands. You'll own strategy and execution across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube, and lead your own SEA team.

Our marketing is technically sound and high-performing, and it's also creative and worth watching. Growth here isn't siloed. You'll work closely with creative strategists, email marketers and ecommerce managers, not just the performance team.

Your day to day

• You are a client lead who owns the SEA growth strategy and media plan for your clients, optimising toward agreed KPIs and targets.
• Design, build and manage campaigns across Google's channels: Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube.
• Lead the SEA service and support the growth of SEA specialists under your supervision
• Safeguard account health: spin up a Google Ads account from scratch, set up enhanced conversion tracking, and build and optimise product feeds in Channable.
• Run a structured testing process. Form hypotheses, validate them, and recommend optimizations.
• Do keyword, CPC and location analysis, and advise clients on market and product opportunities.
• Brief clients and our in-house creative team on the ad copy and visuals your campaigns need.
• Report on channel and company KPIs, using our AI-assisted reporting workflows and attribution platforms (e.g. Billy Grace, Triple Whale).

About you

• 4+ years managing Google Ads / SEA campaigns, agency- or brand-side.
• Hands-on with Shopping, Performance Max and feed management (Merchant Center, Channable).
• A strong analytical instinct, comfortable with GA4, A/B testing and metrics-driven decisions.
• A genuine feel for premium fashion and lifestyle brands, and why aesthetics and reputation matter.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, energised by juggling multiple clients and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Dutch fluency a big plus.
• You are a EU citizen or have a working permit (we don't offer sponsorship, visas or relocation)

Nice to have: team-lead experience, Display (DV360/CM360), paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), and curiosity about AI-assisted marketing workflows.
