Job summary

Aiden is seeking a Senior Project & Change Manager to lead SAP implementations and transformations within ERP landscapes. You will guide projects from initiation to go-live, balancing delivery with change readiness and stakeholder engagement, in a challenging, innovation-driven environment.

You will collaborate with customers, business leaders, and executive sponsors to ensure strategy alignment, risk control, and successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years delivering ERP implementations with an implementation partner.
• Minimum 3 years in a Change Manager role within transformations or ERP projects.
• IPMA/ PMI certifications preferred; PROSCI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation and business transformation projects from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage scope, planning, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate steering committees, project reviews, and governance processes.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Support business adoption through communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and readiness activities.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address delivery challenges.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery methods and ways of working.

Job description

As a Senior Project & Change manager at Aiden, you are the strategic and connecting force behind the successful delivery of complex SAP implementations and transformations.

You work on challenging projects where processes are redesigned, systems are optimized, and organizations are prepared for the future. You also play a critical role in taking our customers on a journey of change to adopt change that comes with transforming the ERP landscape.

From the initial kick-off to the final go-live, you play the leading role in establishing the right structure, making well-founded decisions, and guiding both teams and clients toward a successful delivery.

You will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, project teams, and executive sponsors to drive project execution, manage risks, and support organizational change throughout the transformation journey.

Our projects are primarily SAP-focused, but may also include Mendix-based solutions and integrations.

Our projects increasingly leverage AI-driven solutions, agents, and automation capabilities within SAP, Mendix, and related technologies.

The Project Manager / Change Manager is expected to understand the business impact of these innovations and support customers in successfully adopting them.

Key Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• IPMA and/or PMI certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience working for an implementation partner delivering ERP implementation projects, preferably SAP.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Change Manager role within transformation or ERP implementation projects.
• PROSCI certification is a strong advantage.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI agents, intelligent automation, and low-code platforms (e.g. Mendix).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable taking unpopular decisions and pushing back when needed.
• Comfortable working with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
