Job summary

Qualifications

• 14+ years of hands-on SAP consulting experience.
• Participation in at least 5 end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Experience as Architect or Program/Track Lead.
• Exposure to Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid projects.
• Transformation prep / Phase 0 experience.
• SAP toolchain usage or administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate consulting-led opportunities and thought leadership with key clients.
• Co-create next-generation business models and end-to-end processes.
• Design and synthesize end-to-end processes across planning, sales, manufacturing, logistics, and service.
• Define transformation roadmaps using SAP S/4HANA and partner platforms.
• Identify digitization opportunities using AI, IoT, RPA, and analytics.
• Lead assessments, due diligences, and transformation workshops.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and communicate in business language.
• Deliver S/4HANA MVPs, templates, pilots, and scalable solutions.
