Partner Company in the Netherlands seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead Salesforce transformation initiatives, including org simplification, integration rationalization, and platform optimization. You will coordinate Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture, and external vendors; manage plans, budgets, risks, and milestones; report to executives and ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Admin, Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects.
Proven Salesforce project delivery experience (CRM implementations, enhancements).
Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-org architectures & integration patterns.
Experience with third-party integrations and application rationalization.
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce transformation initiatives.
Lead org simplification, system consolidation, and platform optimization.
Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture, and external vendors.
