Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Salesforce Admin to manage and scale our Commercial Salesforce Org within the Revenue Operations - Technology team in Amsterdam. You will evolve our Sales Cloud, enable Commercial teams to scale, and drive user adoption with strong attention to security and data quality.

Bring 5+ years of Salesforce Administration, expertise in Flow, SOQL, and APIs, plus a proven ability to translate requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of Salesforce Administration with hands-on Sales Cloud experience.
• Proficient in Flow, SOQL integration patterns, security and authentication.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to scalable solutions with strong UX focus.
• Demonstrated autonomy in project management and decision making with growth mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

• Manage and scale our Commercial Salesforce Org and Sales Cloud.
• Perform Salesforce configuration changes including Flow, approvals, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, reports and dashboards.

Why you should join the Revenue Operations - Technology Team

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Senior Salesforce Admin to manage and scale our Commercial Salesforce Org. As Senior Salesforce Admin, you will become part of the Revenue Operations - Technology team. In this role, you’ll evolve our Sales Cloud solution, enabling our Commercial teams to scale effectively.

What You’ll Do:

• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, reports and dashboards


• Gather requirements, translate into scalable solutions with a focus on user experience and market best practices


• Help create the platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders


• Own the communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders


• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed


• Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer


• Identify underutilised platform features, monitor and improve user adoption


• Technical documentation

Who You Are:

• Strong Salesforce product knowledge with at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud.


• Strong understanding of Flow, SOQL integration patterns, security and authentication.


• Basic understanding Triggers Apex, LWC/Aura components, Web Services and APIs.


• Strong background in identifying and gathering requirements, translating into scalable solutions with focus on user experience.


• You have demonstrated autonomy in managing projects and making decisions, with a keen desire for personal and professional growth;


• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle ambiguity and uncertainty with a proven track record of successful outcome;.


• Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.


• Experience with Test Automation and Agentforce/LLM integrations are a plus
