Compliance Champs, a specialized compliance consultancy in the Netherlands, seeks a Regulatory Consultant to guide clients through complex regulatory frameworks and implement robust compliance programs. You will conduct risk assessments, audits, and ongoing regulatory monitoring while engaging with authorities and a broad client network.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and a hands-on approach to tackle evolving topics like crypto, football regulation, and AI governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the financial sector.
• Deep knowledge of PSD2, MiCAR, Wft, Wwft, and GDPR.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Dutch and excellent English (spoken and written).
• Availability for full-time work in the Netherlands.

• Draft and implement comprehensive compliance programs aligned to client needs across regulatory landscapes.
• Perform risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and define mitigation controls.
• Plan and execute internal audits with detailed reporting to regulators and management; ensure remediation.
• Monitor evolving regulations and translate insights into actionable strategies for clients.
• Advise management on compliance matters and serve as contact for regulatory inquiries.
• Build and maintain client relationships and engage with regulatory authorities on clients’ behalf.
• Support business development by leveraging network to identify new opportunities.
