The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience as a quant trader, strong analytical skills, and a Master's degree in a relevant field. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a quant trader or part of a quant trading team with a proven track record.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting and coaching junior employees.
• A strong analytical thinker who is risk tolerant and stress resistant.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven strategies in financial markets.
• Guide junior quants in strategy implementation.
• Interpret trading reports and suggest improvements.
• Backtest trading ideas and improvements.
• Work closely with trading teams and the Risk department.

Skills

5+ years of experience as a quant trader or part of a quant trading team

Creative with new trading ideas

Good understanding of market microstructure

Strong analytical thinker

Education

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computational Finance
