Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate across Engineering, Product and Design to shape testing strategies and automate coverage for web, APIs, and integrations. This hands-on role emphasizes risk-based testing and fast feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication, async collaboration.
• Strong web test automation experience with Playwright, TS.
• Good API and integration testing knowledge.
• Strong exploratory and risk-based testing skills.
• Able to read code and debug complex issues.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated test execution.
• Balanced quality, risk and delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple product teams across Circle.
• Engage early with product, design and engineering discussions.
• Identify meaningful product, technical and customer risks.
• Contribute quality perspective to user journeys and requirements.
• Shape risk-based testing approaches based on changes.
