Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Thorough understanding of API testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with Django and/or FastAPI.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience writing automated tests with pytest.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure or AWS.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST APIs for relational and non-relational databases.
• Design and develop scalable Python applications, packages, and modules.
• Work with data formats including Parquet and Delta.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Develop and execute automated unit tests using pytest.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Cosmos DB.
• Develop scalable web applications using Django and FastAPI.
• Perform API testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Apply Agile development practices throughout the lifecycle.
