Redcare Pharmacy in the Netherlands-based team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build and scale advertiser and customer-facing experiences within its Retail Media business. You will own end-to-end product development from discovery to launch, shaping how brands and agencies interact with our platform.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design and commercial teams to create intuitive, scalable experiences, driving campaign performance and advertising revenue while expanding capabilities

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience in Retail Media, AdTech, marketing technology, e-commerce or B2B digital platforms.
• Experience owning customer-facing or B2B products end to end from discovery to launch and optimisation.
• Ability to design and improve complex workflows for business users or consumers.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, marketing or e-commerce including campaign performance.
• Comfortable working with Engineering and Design, managing technical dependencies and trade-offs.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams.
• Commercially minded, data-driven and capable of prioritising opportunities with customer insights.

Responsabilités

• Shape the advertiser self-service experience for brands, agencies and partners to create and optimise campaigns.
• Define integration of advertising into the customer journey, including Sponsored Products placements.
• Develop new advertising formats and propositions across onsite and offsite channels.
• Improve advertiser workflows with Design to create intuitive, scalable experiences.
• Drive product discovery using feedback, behaviour and performance data to improve the product.
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate business needs into scalable capabilities and manage dependencies.
• Manage roadmap and prioritisation, measuring success via advertiser adoption, usability, and revenue.
