About the role

Bynder is seeking a collaborative and user‑focused Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Automation & Approval Workflows domain. This role sits at the heart of how our customers eliminate manual work, from intelligent automation that powers AI agents and automated workflows across the DAM, to streamlined review and approval processes that move content faster and more reliably for teams of every size. You will work closely with UX designers, engineers, customer success, and business stakeholders to deeply understand user problems, define product opportunities, and deliver automation‑first experiences that genuinely delight our customers. You should be curious, structured in your thinking, and a natural at bringing people together around a shared vision.

What you’ll do
  • Product strategy & roadmap: Own the vision and roadmap for Bynder's Automation & Approval Workflows domain, ensuring it reflects genuine user needs and clear business value.
  • Deep user discovery: Lead qualitative and quantitative research, through interviews, observation, and data to uncover the real problems users face in their review and approval processes.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, UX design, QA, and other product teams to deliver cohesive, high‑quality workflow experiences.
  • Stakeholder communication: Serve as a clear and compelling voice for the product aligning internal teams, executive stakeholders, and customer‑facing teams around priorities and decisions.
  • Customer‑centric approach: Proactively engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously validate decisions, gather feedback, and respond to evolving market needs.
  • Outcome measurement: Define success metrics for workflow features and track adoption, engagement, and satisfaction to ensure we are delivering real value.
What you’ll bring
  • Product experience: 5+ years of experience in a product management role, ideally working on B2B SaaS products or workflow/collaboration tools.
  • User empathy: A proven track record of deeply understanding user needs through structured discovery turning messy, complex problems into clear, prioritized opportunities.
  • Communication skills: Outstanding ability to communicate, written and verbal, with clarity and conviction across audiences from engineers to C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset: Demonstrated skill in influencing without direct authority, building consensus, and driving alignment across cross‑functional teams.
  • Structured thinking: Ability to break down ambiguous problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • Agility and adaptability: Comfort with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience managing iterative product development cycles.
  • Curiosity and drive: A self‑starter who is passionate about understanding how people work, staying on top of industry trends, and pushing the boundaries of what great workflow UX looks like.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology or business‑related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Why join us?
  • Work at the forefront of AI innovation in a collaborative and inspiring environment.
  • Partner with talented domain experts to experiment with cutting‑edge technologies.
  • A flat hierarchy where your ideas matter and creativity is celebrated.
  • Unlimited vacation policy, hybrid working options, and offices in Barcelona, Amsterdam or Rotterdam.
  • Competitive compensation, daily lunches, and top‑tier Apple gear.
What we offer
  • Challenging and inspiring work environment.
  • Flat hierarchy where your voice will be truly heard.
  • Unlimited vacation policy.
  • Competitive monthly compensation.
  • Apple gear.
  • A fully equipped kitchen with daily lunches.
