Job summary

FononTech is seeking a Process Engineer with strong expertise in wet etching, metal plating, resist stripping and wafer cleaning within a semiconductor environment. You will develop, implement, and sustain advanced production processes for heater and stencil wafers, collaborating across teams to drive reliability and yields.

You will lead process improvements, train staff, and evaluate new equipment while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in wet etching, metal plating, resist stripping and wafer cleaning in a semiconductor environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, analyze, and improve production processes of heater plates and stencil plates.
• Maintain stability of released processes.
• Improve yield to expected level.
• Train staff to operate required tools.
• Inventory and document processes.
• Test new processes, machines, and techniques.
• Independently implement changes.
• Search for new developments, equipment, and techniques.
• Solve problems and provide advice.
• Brainstorm and consult with engineers and experts.
