Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to plan and execute complex system integrations, serving as the primary technical counterpart for strategic partners. You will guide partner engineering and product teams on Adyen platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices to ensure scalable, high-quality implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience integrating and/or providing technical consultation when integrating with Web APIs or complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the long-term, trusted technical contact for partners' engineering and product teams, guiding them on Adyen's platform capabilities and integration best practices.
• Provide ongoing support for technical inquiries, hands-on assistance during the implementation process, and lead troubleshooting efforts to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of both Adyen's and key partners’ product roadmaps. Provide strategic architectural recommendations to ensure partners optimally integrate Adyen's solutions, maximizing value for their end-customers.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering stakeholders, advocating for partner needs and influencing Adyen’s roadmap to enhance scalability and supportability for the Adyen product offering.
• Utilize software development and programming expertise to help partners create robust, scalable solutions that deliver Adyen’s products to their customers quickly and at high quality.
