Job summary

IQ Staffing in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join a leading financial institution. You will work in a large software engineering department responsible for business-critical platforms, including customer portals, payments, and third-party integrations.

You bring strong .NET/C# and Azure expertise, enjoy modernising complex enterprise applications, and will join an Agile Scrum team with end-to-end responsibility for its solutions.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of professional software development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of .NET and C#.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of clean architecture and event-driven solutions.
• Strong communication and openness to feedback.
• Experience within banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and maintain software applications and platforms
• Deliver reliable solutions that support business operations and customer services
• Extend existing functionality and develop new capabilities
• Redesign technical architectures and further integrate applications
• Contribute to the modernisation and refactoring of legacy systems
• Build clean, maintainable and event-driven software
• Support the ongoing transition towards a mature DevOps way of working
• Coach and support less experienced developers
