Job summary

Yuki, part of the Visma group, is seeking two Senior Back-end Developers for its scale-up in the Netherlands. You will work in AO Ops or Platform teams, focusing on core accounting domain or internal tooling, and drive performance, refactoring, and feature delivery.

You will guide junior developers, implement APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable systems in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of backend development experience with .NET technologies.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior developers.
• Strong relational database skills with MSSQL.
• API development experience, HTTP/REST and Web API.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Github.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full application lifecycle and optimize/refactor code.
• Enhance performance of critical applications for speed and scalability.
• Build readable, maintainable, and performant code.
• Mentor and coach junior developers and review peers.
• Implement features and integrations via APIs and data interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve goals.
