Rabobank in Utrecht seeks a Senior .NET & Azure DevOps Developer to strengthen Tech4Dev. You will build backend services in C#/.NET Core, extend Azure DevOps with APIs, and automate CI/CD for Rabobank engineers across 400+ squads.

Proficiency in Azure services (Functions, Storage, App Service, SQL), API design, and IaC (Bicep/Terraform) is essential, with strong collaboration skills and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Senior-level .NET development with backend C# and .NET Core.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services (Azure Storage, Functions, App Service, SQL).
• Experience designing APIs and working with Azure DevOps.
• CI/CD experience, Git, and software delivery lifecycle understanding.
• IaC with Bicep and Terraform; scripting in Bash/PowerShell/Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in C#/.NET Core to support DevOps and work-item management.
• Customize and extend Azure DevOps via Pipelines, APIs and platform administration.
• Automate development and deployment processes for efficient onboarding and releases.
• Build scalable cloud services with Azure Functions, App Service and SQL; ensure security and performance.
