Rabobank’s Tech4Dev team seeks a Senior .NET & Azure Developer to build backend services and automate deployments using C#, .NET Core, Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps. You will standardize services for Rabobank engineers and enable scalable, secure software delivery across the bank's modern digital platform.

Join a team supporting 400+ squads, contributing to onboarding, design, and release processes while maintaining high standards for quality, performance and security.

Qualifications

• Senior-level .NET development experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services (Azure SQL, Storage, Functions, etc.).
• Experience in API design and development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps setup, Pipelines, and REST APIs.
• CI/CD, DevOps practices and SDLC familiarity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science or related field.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services in C#/.NET Core to support DevOps and work-item management.
• Customize Azure DevOps services via pipelines, APIs and platform administration.
• Automate development and deployment processes to help engineers onboard and release software.
• Build reliable and scalable services with Azure components (Functions, Container Apps, App Service, Storage, SQL).
• Collaborate with squad members, the product owner, scrum master and solution architect to balance technical quality, security and business priorities.
