Job summary

VHE is a high-tech company in Eindhoven seeking a module assembler to independently build complex control modules from drawings and schematics. You will be the technical contact on the production floor and work on projects for leading high-tech clients, with most work outside the cleanroom and occasional cleanroom work.

The role involves analyzing issues from testing, providing feedback to Engineering, and mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building modules, control panels, switch cabinets, or cable harnesses.
• Experience reading technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of IPC standards.
• MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering (Level 3 or 4) or equivalent.
• Good Dutch/English working proficiency and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve issues identified by the testing department independently.
• Provide feedback to Engineering and Production Preparation on manufacturability and assembly times.
• Support less experienced module builders and serve as their first point of contact for technical questions.
• Work on projects for leading companies in the high-tech industry; most modules are built outside the cleanroom, with occasional inside-cleanroom work.
