Job summary

HousingAnywhere group is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the Post Booking experience, with a strong focus on our mobile app. You will shape how tenants and landlords use HousingAnywhere throughout a tenancy: from preparing for move-in and managing payments to getting support and extending a stay.

You’ll bring strong mobile app design experience and product thinking to make these everyday interactions feel simple, intuitive, and reliable—helping turn HousingAnywhere into a trusted

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
• Proven experience designing native mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Strong product thinking and problem framing skills.
• Excellent interaction and visual design craft.
• Experience in marketplaces, search or discovery products.
• Experience running discovery and validating ideas.
• Confidence working with data, metrics and experiments.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.
• A portfolio showing not only what you designed – but why.

Responsibilities

• Own the Post Booking experience with a strong focus on the mobile app.
• Shape how tenants and landlords use HousingAnywhere throughout a tenancy.
• Lead projects from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Use qualitative research, behavioral data, and experimentation to inform decisions.
• Define success, measure impact, and drive improvement tied to adoption and retention.
• Raise the design quality bar across the team through critique and craft.
• Contribute to design principles, design system, and product development.
