Job summary

Doghouse Recruitment represents a B2B SaaS company in Utrecht building a modern HR platform. You will lead the mobile direction while staying hands‑on across React and Node.js on the web.

You’ll own architecture for a mobile‑first product, ship features across mobile and web, and mentor others while collaborating with product managers and designers. Hybrid setup in the Netherlands, with up to six weeks remote per year.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full stack development across mobile, frontend, and backend.
• 2+ years building production apps in React Native.
• Strong with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Solid experience with REST APIs and databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile architecture as React Native scales into a standalone product.
• Build features across mobile and web; shape and own end‑to‑end delivery.
• Review pull requests and mentor fellow developers.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to turn ideas into customer‑facing features.
