Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience with large scale optimisation mechanisms or auction theory.
• Proven record in ML/optimisation for big business problems with evidence.
• Experience applying ML to business problems.
• Strong cross functional collaboration with Developers, Commercial, Data Analytics teams.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop state-of-the-art techniques for online bidding algorithms.
• Design scalable evaluation pipelines and frameworks for model quality.
• Ensure reliability and scalability of evaluation tools and production pipelines.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to define evaluation metrics and track performance.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate evaluation components into production.
