Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Medical Writer III, Regulatory Medical Writing, to support across key therapeutic areas within IDAR. The role is located in Leiden, NL or other locations and is offered as a hybrid work arrangement.

You will write, coordinate and review regulatory documents (CSRs, IBs, protocols) and lead cross-functional planning meetings while mentoring junior writers. English fluency and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• A university/college degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• An advanced degree (Masters/PhD/MD) preferred.
• At least 4 years of medical writing experience is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; English fluency.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong project/process leadership and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Write or coordinate clinical and regulatory documents such as CSRs, IBs, protocols, and briefing documents.
• Lead cross-functional document planning and review meetings; mentor others as needed.
• Serve as lead writer for compounds or submissions under supervision.
• Coach or mentor junior staff and provide peer review.
• Participate in process working groups and drive best practices.
