Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management within a fast-paced environment (retail, ecommerce, or start/scale-up).
• Strong customer-first mindset with ability to turn insights into campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing campaign calendar for the Netherlands and develop high-impact strategies.
• Coordinate on-platform and off-platform communications across channels.
• Ideate, implement, and manage multi-channel campaigns end-to-end; write copy and assist asset creation.
• Partner with Commercial Team to align campaigns with pricing, discounts, and retail media.
• Measure campaign performance and report results to local and central stakeholders.
