Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager Marketing Rare Disease Europe & UK to join our Global Rare Disease team. Hybrid work model; support European and UK business with regional brand strategy, omnichannel campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives.

Based in Europe, you will co‑lead European brand planning, drive multi-country campaigns, and partner with marketing, medical, market access, regulatory, and country teams to translate strategy into country-level execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business or marketing; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive commercial pharma experience with 3+ years in marketing.
• Proven multi-country or regional European marketing experience.
• Experience launching products and executing omnichannel campaigns in pharma.
• Knowledge of EFPIA/industry codes and field sales exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co‑lead European brand planning, translating global strategy to regional and local execution.
• Design, deliver, and optimize omnichannel campaigns (email, web, digital, congress).
• Develop promotional materials with MLR coordination and localization.
• Manage agencies, budgets, timelines, and performance reviews.
• Partner with Commercial Operations and CRM teams to define targeting and tools.
• Lead commercial training on disease areas, products, and launches.
• Co‑lead European/international congress strategy and execution.
• Ensure alignment across cross‑functional teams in a highly autonomous environment.
