Job summary

Mount Analytics, a Mount Consulting group, is hiring a (Senior) Manager Data & Analytics in the Netherlands. You will lead complex client projects, guide data professionals, and help shape propositions and products while developing new client relationships.

You’ll combine subject-matter expertise with project leadership, translate business challenges into data-driven solutions, and help bring our own models and tools to market. This role blends tech, leadership and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Data & Analytics, consulting, technology or a similar setting.
• Proven experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong foundation in analytics, data science, data engineering and/or software engineering.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into practical client guidance.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead complex data and analytics projects for clients.
• Advise senior stakeholders on data, analytics and technology challenges.
• Lead and coach Data Consultants, Data Scientists and Engineers within projects.
• Translate business challenges into data and analytics solutions.
• Develop and expand new propositions and services; contribute to product development.
