Job summary

Zeekr Europe is seeking a proactive Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics team at our Amsterdam HQ. You will help build and scale logistics operations across Europe.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound flows, drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, and support cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced, international environment. The role emphasizes ownership, analytical thinking, and hands‑on execution while developing standardized workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in logistics or related field.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end inbound and outbound logistics flows across markets and compounds.
• Coordinate with carriers and stakeholders for timely execution.
• Act as a point of contact for operational issues and resolve disruptions proactively.
• Support flexible execution across markets within a shared operations team.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standardized workflows, SOPs, and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and support root cause analysis for deviations.
• Contribute to automation, system improvements, and data quality enhancements.
• Support logistics projects including new market setups and rollouts.

Based at our European headquarters in Amsterdam, you will play a vital role in building, scaling, and developing logistics operations across all our European markets. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and requires strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
