Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its global legal team. Based in Amsterdam with hybrid working across major markets, you will provide strategic legal support on product, consumer, and regulatory matters for a fast-paced technology platform.

You will review launches, user journeys, and terms to implement pragmatic mitigations, manage regulatory escalations, and develop scalable playbooks and AI-assisted tools for internal teams, while coaching junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Legally qualified to practice in the United Kingdom or a relevant European jurisdiction.
• Deep knowledge of consumer protection law, digital regulation, platform rules, and customer-facing risk.
• Experience in a multi-country, consumer-facing technology or marketplace business.
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into actionable guardrails for non-legal teams.
