Job summary

Oakwell Hampton Group, a specialist software consultancy in the Netherlands, seeks an experienced Java Developer to work on challenging projects for finance, government, mobility and logistics.

You will develop and improve scalable Java applications, contribute to architecture and quality, and operate in Scrum/DevOps teams, with opportunities to work across backend and frontend tasks; Dutch fluency is required. Competitive salary and training opportunities available.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional Java development experience.
Experience building applications at scale.
Strong knowledge of Java/Spring Boot.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
An interest in frontend development alongside your backend expertise.
Fluency in Dutch due to communication with customers.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve scalable Java applications.
Contribute to architecture, technical decisions, and software quality.
Work within Scrum/Agile and DevOps environments.
Collaborate with experienced engineers and share technical knowledge.
