Job summary

Avance Consulting is seeking a senior Java leader for a hands-on yet strategic role in Amsterdam. You will work with Java 21, Spring Boot and related Spring technologies to design, review and guide complex solutions.

You will lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, articulate technical concepts to product owners and business analysts, and collaborate across squads to align requirements with architectural principles.

Qualifications

• Strong Java experience with Java 21.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Technologies.
• Willingness to lead technical discussions and mentor others.
• Ability to collaborate across squads and communicate with PO and CJEs.
