Job summary

Datenna is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to lead the evolution of our back-office architecture and daily operations. You will shape back-office strategy, foster a strong IT culture, and tackle complex technical challenges that impact core services and systems.

You will oversee design, implementation, and management of back-office technologies, including hardware, software, networks and systems, while guiding strategic direction and hands-on execution to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with back-office systems including CRM, MDM, HRMS, SSE, SASE.
• Proven work experience in high-security environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, and management of back-office technologies (hardware, software, networks, systems).
• Lead IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance of back-office architecture.
• Lead incident response and on-call processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address technology needs.
