FiSer Consulting is a Netherlands-based consultancy specializing in transforming insurance and financial services clients through strategy-to-execution delivery. The role focuses on leading transformation programmes, managing senior stakeholders and delivering tangible business value.

We seek an accomplished professional with deep knowledge of insurance, regulatory change and digital transformation, capable of guiding projects from inception to realization across the Dutch market.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, financial services or consulting.
• Experience leading transformation, change-management or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, operating models and technology developments.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Networking within the Dutch insurance market is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Based in the Netherlands with valid work authorisation.

What you’ll work on

As a Senior Insurance Consultant, you’ll lead transformation projects for our insurance clients, working alongside experienced consultants and client teams to structure challenges, develop solutions and support implementation from start to finish.

• Lead and manage complex transformation projects in the insurance sector.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring clear communication, transparency and actionable insights.
• Advise clients on regulatory change, digital transformation and operational improvement.
• Create clear insights, recommendations and senior stakeholder updates.
• Build trusted relationships with insurers and key industry stakeholders.
• Mentor consultants and support multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute to FiSer’s Insurance practice through knowledge sharing, proposition development and business-development support.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of insurance, financial services and business transformation.

• A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, financial services or consulting.
• Experience in leading transformation, change-management or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of insurance industry regulations, operating models and technology developments.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a practical, can-do mindset.
• An existing network within the Dutch insurance market is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Currently based in the Netherlands with valid work authorisation.
