Job summary

Arcadis Nederland B.V. is seeking a senior Adviseur Contractbeheersing Infrastructuur to steer complex infrastructure projects and to lead a professional team.

You will combine contract management with hands-on project delivery while developing the team to higher levels of expertise. You will work with prominent clients on rail, tunnel and major infrastructure programs, contributing to predictable, controlled and successful execution and to the ongoing development of the contract management

Qualifications

• Senior professional involved in large infrastructure projects and contract management.
• Mentor/coach for a team of around nine professionals within SCB and related domains.
• Ability to serve as a sparring partner for colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach and develop team members for career growth.
• Ensure optimal deployment of team on projects.
• Promote knowledge sharing and quality improvement within the team.
• Act as a technical sounding board for colleagues and clients.
• Contribute to the growth and positioning of the team within Cost & Commercial Management Mobility NL.
• Lead about 70% project work and 30% team leadership.
