Job summary

Obtain IT is partnering with a Dutch IAM consultancy to find a Senior Business IAM/IGA Consultant. You will own governance, policy, and stakeholder work up to board level, delivering sophisticated IGA projects across different clients and sectors.

The role requires Dutch language fluency and strong English, 4+ years in IAM/IGA, and an HBO background in IT/cybersecurity. Travel to client sites will be needed as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of genuine IAM/IGA experience.
• Dutch speaking with strong English.
• HBO background in IT/cybersecurity or security management.
• Familiar with GDPR, NIST or ISO 27001.
• Ability to lead client conversations and build trust quickly.
• Willing to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

Obtain IT is running a retained search for one of our consulting partners: a small, specialist Dutch IAM consultancy. Founder-led, genuinely good company to work for, and growing. They are looking for a Senior Business IAM / IGA Consultant to grow with them.

This is the business side of IAM. You own the why and the what: governance and policy, role management, access strategy, recertification, and stakeholder work up to board level.
