Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer IAM to design, build, and operate Identity Governance solutions for millions of Non-Human Identities. This role involves configuring, integrating, and optimizing the IGA4NHI platform, which is live in production.

The ideal candidate has experience with One Identity Manager and is proactive in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a gross monthly salary between EUR 5,994 and EUR 8,563, with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and integrating One Identity solutions.
• Familiarity with GDP integrations for identity management.
• Understanding of IAM concepts and governance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain One Identity solutions (workflows, policies, governance).
• Develop and optimize GDP integrations for onboarding Non-Human Identities.
• Implement automated provisioning and lifecycle management for identity governance.

Skills

Experience with One Identity Manager (configuration, workflows, integrations)

Experience with GDP integrations within One Identity

Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts

Experience with provisioning, lifecycle management, and access governance

Strong problem-solving and engineering mindset

Strong communication skills

Proactive, ownership-driven, able to work in fast-moving environments

Experience with AWS infrastructure

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation

Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms
