Cepheid, part of Danaher, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for Northern Europe. You will handle complex HR matters across multiple countries from the Amsterdam on-site base, collaborating with HR partners, legal, and talent teams to drive consistent outcomes and improved service quality.

You will contribute to policy harmonization, process improvements, and data-driven HR analytics while supporting country-specific employee relations and lifecycle activities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR operations, shared services, or HR generalist roles.
• Ability to independently resolve sensitive, ambiguous, or escalated HR matters with sound judgment.
• Strong proficiency with HRIS, case management systems, and reporting/analytics tools.
• Fluent German and English; multi-country experience preferred.

• Resolve sensitive, escalated, and non-standard HR cases across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise people leaders on documentation, process requirements, risk considerations, and governance standards.
• Partner with HR Service Delivery, People Partners, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Centers of Excellence, and Legal to ensure end-to-end resolution.
• Support Germany employee relations processes, including preparation, timeline coordination, and action tracking.
• Coordinate global HR projects, including headcount tracking, analytics, and timeline management.
