Job summary

Bunge is recruiting an Senior Internal Control & SOX Manager in Rotterdam to strengthen our internal control framework globally. You will partner with process owners, auditors, and management to ensure SOX compliance, drive improvements, and support risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Controlling, or a related field is required.
At least 5 years of experience in Internal Controls, SOX Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management in an international setting.
Strong knowledge of SOX requirements, internal control frameworks, and risk processes.
Experience with SAP and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate SOX testing across business processes with standardized methodologies.
Support risk and control assessments during transitions and migrations, especially in shared service environments.
Drive continuous improvement by aligning processes and controls with global standards.
Manage control-related systems and SAP governance, including access reviews and documentation of key controls.
Support remediation and internal control projects with process owners to sustain strong controls.
