Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Global Clinical Trial Leader to drive end-to-end execution of complex global Phase III trials. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage governance, and ensure scientific objectives translate into feasible operational plans.

You will engage senior stakeholders, oversee trial delivery partners, and uphold GCP/ICH compliance while maintaining milestones, quality, and budgets across regions.

Qualifications

• Recent global Phase III leadership with end-to-end accountability.
• 10+ years in clinical research, including global trial management.
• Master’s or higher in life sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global Phase III trials from prep to reporting.
• Provide strategic and scientific input to trial design and execution.
• Manage senior stakeholders and governance bodies across geographies.
• Ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Oversee vendors and trial delivery partners with cross-functional teams.
