Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for a hybrid role in the Amsterdam/Rotterdam area. You will develop production-grade ML solutions, leveraging Python and Azure AI services, and work on Generative AI initiatives to enhance industrial operations.

You will collaborate with data engineers, cloud specialists, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI projects, including time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, and document intelligence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science or ML engineering.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience delivering ML in production.
• Solid understanding of statistics and ML modelling.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, governance.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production ML models using Python.
• End-to-end AI solutions from data prep to deployment.
• Design predictive analytics and time-series models.
• Create anomaly detection and optimization solutions.
• Develop computer vision and document intelligence applications.
• Work with LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI use cases.
• Apply MLOps for scalable deployments.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate in an Azure-based cloud environment with DevOps practices.
