Eigen Haard, a leading housing corporation, seeks a Senior Area & Project Developer to drive complex inner-city redevelopment and neighborhood initiatives in Amsterdam. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, shape feasible concepts, and steer projects from initiation to completion within a collaborative ecosystem.

With a 32-36 hour week, you contribute to affordable, well-located housing and vibrant districts, while balancing housing, commerce, and social outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project and process management within urban area development.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and lead project teams.
• Proven track record in complex inner-city development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex inner-city development projects and area developments in Amsterdam and surroundings.
• Assess feasibility, manage progress, and coordinate with partners and contractors.
• Ensure alignment with neighborhood needs, including housing, workspaces, and public spaces.
