Tata Steel IJmuiden zoekt een senior functioneel manager projectmanagement om de professionele aanpak van grootschalige projecten te verbeteren. Je ontwerpt en implementeert projectmanagementstandaarden, coacht projectteams en werkt met ingenieurs en stakeholders om processen te verbeteren.

Je ontwikkelt praktische raamwerken die gedragen worden door teams, stuurt veranderingsprocessen aan en zorgt dat projecten op tijd, binnen scope en budget leveren.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- of Mastergraad in Engineering, Business Administration, of Project Management.
• Minimaal 7 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in projectmanagement of procesoptimalisatie.
• Aantoonbare ervaring in het ontwikkelen van raamwerken en methodologieën.
• Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels.
• Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement op meerdere organisatieniveaus.
• Analytisch vermogen in combinatie met praktisch inzicht in projectuitvoering.

Responsabilités

• Je ontwikkelt projectmanagementraamwerken die echt werken en ontwerp hierbij methodologieën die aansluiten op onze operaties.
• Je verbetert projectkwaliteit structureel en leidt assurance reviews zodat projecten op schema, binnen scope en budget leveren.
• Je identificeert verbeterkansen en maakt ze realiteit door efficiëntere werkmethoden door te voeren.
• Je leidt en inspireert projectteams, begeleidt veranderprocessen en bouwt organisatorische capaciteiten op.
• Je beweegt je tussen inhoud, processen en stakeholders op alle niveaus van de organisatie.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management.
• Minimum 7 years proven experience in project management or process optimization.
• Demonstrated experience developing frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience managing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Analytical capability combined with practical insight into project execution.

• A monthly salary ranging from € 5.052,58 to € 9.958,58 gross per month, depending on your education and experience.
• A healthy work-life balance, with a minimum of 26 vacation days, 11.5 ADV days, and additional hours accrued through Tata Steel's flexible working hours scheme.
• A variable profit-sharing bonus, a fixed 2% year-end bonus, and 8% holiday allowance.
• Excellent secondary employment benefits, including reimbursement of medical expenses and an expense allowance.
• 70% of your pension premium is paid by Tata Steel.

You'll join Tata Steel Nederland's Owner's Team, where large, complex, multidisciplinary projects take shape and are executed. You work daily with project managers, engineers and specialists busy improving our installations, processes and ways of working. You have short lines to senior management and direct influence on strategic decisions. It's dynamic, challenging and full of learning moments.
