Job summary

Ainur is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to own one or two client products end to end: mobile app, web dashboard, API, and release cycle. You will work with React Native, Expo, Next.js/React, Go or Node, and PostgreSQL, shipping features from design to production with a small team.

You’ll talk with clients in weekly calls, review teammates’ work, and ensure quality, performance, and reliable releases. Remote by default; EU-based candidates welcome.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building production software with at least one product owned end to end.
• Senior in TypeScript, with React Native in production; Next.js or similar on web.
• Experience shipping to App Store and Google Play.
• Ability to discuss technical decisions with clients in English and document outcomes.
• Based in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU.
• Nice to have: Expo EAS, PostHog analytics, payments/subscriptions, Dutch language.

Responsibilities

• Own a product end to end: mobile app, web dashboard, API, and release.
• Talk to clients in weekly calls and decide how things get built; ship with minimal supervision.
• Review teammates' work and ensure quality, tests, and standards.
• Maintain live systems: error tracking, performance, and rapid fixes.
• Collaborate on code reviews, including AI-assisted code and testing standards.
