Job summary

Rotterdam Innovation City is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own our email and LinkedIn automation platform and workflow builder. You will work across backend, frontend, and infrastructure, shaping core product areas with autonomy and technical leadership.

Responsibilities include designing RESTful APIs in PHP Slim, developing React components, managing PostgreSQL schemas, and overseeing AWS-based infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building RESTful services and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to debug live production environments and own outcomes.
• Comfortable taking ownership across backend, frontend, and infra.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs with PHP Slim.
• Build frontend components in React for the workflow builder.
• Maintain PostgreSQL databases and per-customer schemas; optimize performance.
• Develop and operate Node.js services for background jobs and integrations.
• Contribute to security, deployment, and reliability across the platform.
• Collaborate with product and customer success to improve usability and deliverability.
